The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was sketchy and gave off an unsafe vibe. The staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming when we interacted with them.

They could not give me an itemised bill. Said that they were reducing my rate by $10 but subsequently did not do so, said it was because I had booked through Booked.net
